These terms govern your use of the Sanganni Studio website and the purchase of our handmade ceramics. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
Sanganni Studio is an independent ceramics workshop producing small-batch stoneware tableware, sculptural vases, and hand-glazed decor. We offer handcrafted objects for sale through this website, along with care guides and process notes. All pieces are wheel-thrown or hand-built, and each item is unique due to the nature of the craft.
Collections are released in limited runs. When a piece is marked as available, it is ready to ship. Because each object is handmade, slight variations in size, glaze texture, and tone are inherent and are not considered defects. We describe each piece as accurately as possible, including dimensions and finish, so you know what to expect before purchase.
You agree to provide accurate delivery information and to handle your ceramics with reasonable care once received. Following the care guide included with each order helps prevent damage. We are not responsible for issues arising from misuse, such as placing textured-glaze pieces in the dishwasher or exposing them to sudden temperature changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanganni Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, breakage during transit after delivery, or dissatisfaction based on natural variations in handmade goods. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We may suspend or terminate access to this website if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with the operation of the site. You may stop using the site at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive — including liability limitations and contact provisions — remain in effect.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date noted below. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
